Just a pathetic place to do business. The person at the front is the definition of bad service. They have and will continue to lose the company money. I live here and Ill never go back, I dont do business with bigoted prejudice people.
Kafe Racer is under new ownership and their service has downgraded. They consecrate on service and not so much on sales. Because they expanded in a big way, they use a variety of mechanics who are not responsive to an individual customer. I was ignored by a mechanic even though I was first in line. When I asked to be taken care of another customer asked if I was always an a.....hole.
