HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She refused to cash my check said she couldn’t help me she didn’t even bother to call and verify with my office not to mention I’m the executive assistant to the CEO and I pretty much run the day to day operations. She was rude and not helpful. I went to another check cashing with no issues. This is the worst customer service ever and I wouldn’t even rate it one star.
The teller interactions appeared to vary customer by customer based on their race. My observation of how she treated each customer as I waited on line can only be directly linked to their race as I saw that she wouldn't even acknowledge people who were a different race then her own. Despite the fact that myself and others were nice to her. Her attitude was unacceptable for interacting with people. I won't be coming back again.
Very verbal ABUSIVE TO CUSTOMERS... I call to ask about a money order they answer was they are to busy to answer questions.. And hang up the phone i call again they answer and hangs the phone again with out say anything....
