Watched Truck KD-11 transfer make an unsafe lane change on 9/23/25 at 5:00 PM. He was south on 101 at highway 12 and didn’t want to let anyone merge and cut into center lane almost taking out the car in front of me. No signal! A lot of risk onluy to cruise a little way way and cut back over to exit on Todd. Can someone please tell this guy he is dangerous and a fool? Thank you.
