I am enjoying the Filipino Bagnet Kare-Kare with rice today. The vegetables are perfect - still crunchy - and the porkbelly is exquisitely crunchy and tender at the same time. All in a luscious creamy peanut sauce. A lovely new restaurant and grocery option on the Hill.
