I would not use them again. There are things they did horribly to my house that drive me crazy on the daily. We have lived in our home since 2021.
We have built with several builders in the greater Birmingham area. KADCO is easily the most professional, efficient, and organized builder we have used. I would tell anyone looking at new homes in the area to consider KADCO. What an exemplary company!
