Nice staff. Facilities are ok. Definitely understaffed which makes it difficult for everyone to get the care they deserve. But the staff sure tries!
I'd give no stars if I could.
The hierarchy of this business is busted. Nurses do all but no work and play boss to the aides that carry the whole thing, often disrupting workers who don't need their direction. Nurses are paid about $10 more per hour than the aides and do not carry their weight. People do not care if you're dangerously sick and will verbally manipulate you into coming into work.
