I won't consign anything here ever again! – I phoned the store and asked what the status was of the furniture we had consigned. A store employee said the furniture hadn't sold, and started to tell me about the store's 90 day consignment arrangement; I informed her, per their policy, that we were entitled, and were going to pick up the furniture the next day so as not to have the store reduce the items another 25% (per their policy). What a gem of a furniture shop! This is one of my favorite furniture shops in the Rockville area. What I like is they carry quality consigned furniture that is very reasonably priced. This is especially true if you are familiar with brand name furniture. I come back to the store frequently because most of the inventory changes every 2 - 3 weeks. There is a real eclectic selection. Very tastefully decorated. Very friendly sales staff. You'll want to keep this one on your list for a place to sell or to buy your furniture.
Lots to look through! The Whole Kaboodle also has Kaboodle Home in the same strip mall but a couple o f doors down. Thay have lots of second hand items at good prices. The thing with having so much is that you have to really dig to find the really good stuff but it - sometimes - pays off big.
