Signed in at the door and they told me what floor to be on. Staff is friendly and guests were friendly and kind. Loved the book store and centre itself is beautiful.
The only place I’ve ever had worse customer service experience in my life was at the DMV, or it might be on par. I came here to take a class, I was several minutes early though by the time the staff had made me run around the lobby and building because they had no idea where I was supposed to sign up for the class or even where the class itself was, I was late and therefore decided to just leave.
