Extremely disappointed with this tax preparer. They waited almost a month to file my completed tax return, which delayed my refund. Communication was terrible throughout the entire process. My calls were rarely answered, and when I was able to reach someone, they provided little to no information and were not helpful. I expected professionalism and timely service, but this experience was frustrating from start to finish. I would not recommend this business.
