I called to make my dog a grooming appointment 2.5 weeks in advance. During the call they gave me a time, date and price estimate. When I showed up for the appointment they said they had no open bookings and my appointment was never booked. They said they had my name and my dogs name in the computer but no appointment and I was told I could schedule another appointment 2-3 weeks later. I'm very disappointed, now I have to find somewhere else for an appointment and I was not at all impressed with their customer service.
