Horrible customer service. Still get charged after not showing up, claiming "the tech will have to do double the work next time that's when you still get charged". Was just charged because the tech "couldn't locate my house" despite being serviced by them for over 6 years and in the age of technology gps is standard in everything. Absolutely horrible.
