John is your guy for all repairs, maintenance or learning how to do it yourself. He will diagnose an issue and then talk you through the process as he fixes it. I had an intermittent bottom bracket noise for 6 years before I met John. He fixed it permanently in 30 minutes. Also a great resource for buying tools and parts.
Great service from John. Informative, practical and swift turnaround for bike service. Definitely recommend!
My husband and I completed John’s maintenance course yesterday. The facility is very well equipped with stands and a work station, fully stocked for each student. The work benches are clean, and there is a space for each tool. John presents and explains everything clearly, and takes the time to ensure you understand. If you don’t he goes through it again on your bike. Then let’s not forget the come cooked lunch with bread from scratch! I’ll definitely be having John care for my bike in the future.
Amazing lad, was having problems with my chain and he solved the issues fast and quick! Keeping me on my ride and journeys!!
