They deserve 5 starts because I've been to multiple places near by for facials, and they aren't even close to the service K21 provides. They have great customer service, actually take the time to ensure you're relaxed, and my favorite part is the face and head massage. Thank you for providing great service. This is exactly what I need to unwind and get what my skin needs.

Long overdue review. Kristy is an amazing aesthetician. She has and continues to take care of my skin. My skin which normally is dry always feels very hydrated when I do the hydro facials. She also uses great products that is very effective and had bought some for me to use at home in between my sessions. Kristy has also done the green seaweed peel on my face and has gotten good results from it. She is super nice, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and just an amazing aesthetician.
