Usually have a good experience with Sherri, no complains about her. But for some reason the front office woman provided terrible customer service ! We called a couple of times and every time she told us different information that was untrue. She spoke of $50 daily fines and seemed to not want our business. She would even go as far as to tell us they were out of a certain forms (as if it’s our problem)! Overall they lost a customer and hope heather learns how to better respond to customers.
I've had my taxes done for years at K&W. I wouldn't go anywhere else, ever. I hope they never close.
As a young person with not much experience in taxes, this place was a godsend. The level of respect and professionalism here is unmatched. Will not go anywhere else!
