This location is useless. Three times now they have not been able to answer a question and I go to the Waterville location and they answer it within five seconds. They act like they don’t want to help you and there not welcoming at all
Very disappointed. I arrived just before closing, realized I left my wallet in the car, and ran back—gone for maybe 30 seconds. When I returned, the manager saw me and still locked the door, refusing to help with a simple transaction that would’ve taken less than a minute. No courtesy, no flexibility.
Never again! I can't believe the incompetence of this credit union not one apology. Tried to blame the member not taking responsibility for not training their employees property
