Absolutely disgusting! They showed up at my new commercial store that is not even open yet without a notice. The drive was super nice; however the supervisor Terry called to reschedule the delivery and said I would be charged for not being there, I told her the driver did not call me before showing up, it’s a commercial store that is not open yet, I need time to be there. Attention Restaurant Owners / Operators. Imagine a world where your orders come on time, accounting is clean and the drivers are friendly. Please do yourself a favor and Google "Liquor Xpress" — they are a far superior option compared to K-Town. We’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with K-Town, a company that unfortunately seems to rely on deceptive practices just to drive sales. This company has worst drivers who didn’t care about other people safety while operating on roads. Drivers should be given extra training to know about laws. I will not disclose plate and truck information here. This incident took place on queen street west. Brampton.
Hi-Tone receives a package for delivery for me by Day and Ross another delivery company. Nobody informs me of this. Four days later, I had to call the manufacturer Major Tire Machine to find out where it was at. The product was supposed to be at mt house Monday, it was now Thursday. Major Tire Machine informs me Day and Ross are the shipper. I call them and it looks like they gave it to Hi-Tone to deliver - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday no phone call from anyone. I ordered a bedroom set from a company in Toronto. It said it would be delivered June 25th. The first company passed it along to hi-tone without my knowledge or updating their tracking. Called hi-tone to figure out when it would be delivered and got many different answers. At first it was supposed to arrive July 8th, then 9th them 10th which is a Saturday.
