We were there last Wednesday 4/5 and the place smells like smoke and is terribly disorganized. 15 minutes late and had only 15 minutes with her. Said she’d call when taxes done this week. No call. No email. Voicemail is full. Had her do an amendment last year and went well but this year is not good. Very disappointed.
The below review is what I said when K Tax first opened. We have had so many issues since then, this last time was our last. Had an appointment on a Thursday but she was over an hour behind so we dropped off our information and were told we would get a call to discuss. Things happen, but as long as our taxes get done it's not that big of a deal. We called and emailed for 6 days with no response back. Make sure you call this place to check in/confirm about your appointment time and date before you go. If you don't you'll waste your time going here. About 2 weeks ago I called this place to make an appointment for April 2nd and scheduled at 6:45pm. Monique was who I spoke and set the appointment with. When the appointment date came I went into the office 5 minutes early. Had an appointment at 5:30pm. Arrived at 5:33 pm due to the snowstorm the night before. Waited for 20 mins, no one greeted us or informed us about the reason for the delay. However, we did hear a lot of chatting coming from the other room. We eventually decided to grab someone’s attention around 5:53pm and let them know we were there for our appointment.
