Unnervingly bad customer service. Wish I could leave a lower star review.
I don't know how it is during the week, but it seems that parking is free on the weekend! Just spent a day and a half here for a friend and this was a safe, easy spot to go Not very clear, however, as only a few small signs highlighted this detail Otherwise, I believe parking is $16 per day from Monday -Friday
I went to a Kansas State University Career Fair. I parked where they wanted us to and got a ticket for it. They tell students that they want us to go to the career fair to help us get internships and jobs, yet the parking services will give us tickets for going to university events. Then when I went into the office to pay the ticket there were 3 people in their phones doing nothing. If they are so money hungry then maybe they should stop scheduling so many people or fire the ones who play on their phones and don't do their j... read more
taking away the parking garage passes this year was a terrible move. it affects not only students but faculty as well. it’s a cash grab and very inconvenient. having to come here to park for a class and pay for it every time adds up quick.
worst people ever they took away my parking permit without permission then wracked up almost $300 in tickets on my car
