I am amazed by how truly uncaring the staff are. Went in there and ended up crying because of the financial pressure I was under, and Robin actually couldn’t have even cared less. Just stared at me like I was crazy. I wanted to give packing services the benefit of the doubt even after what I heard about them, but after first hand experience I can honestly say that they are singlehandedly some of the most uncaring cold people I have come into contact with at K-State.

TERRIBLY temperamental people working in this office. Robin and Doug are in cahoots and won’t listen to you. When I tried to complain about Robin she told me there was nobody else I could talk to and hung up and then ignored my calls back to back (this was after she kept cutting me off/yelling at me and talking to me like a child in the office). They will actually BOTH yell at you/over top of you and talk down to you like a child. Doug even tried to school me on what a visitor permit was vs a commuting student, meanwhile he ... read more
