I am upset and disappointed with K. Smith Photography for the way my recent booking was handled. A special promotional price was offered for a photo session, which I scheduled in good faith, only to have the appointment canceled not once, but twice. After rearranging my schedule multiple times to accommodate these cancellations, I ultimately requested a refund where she said it would take 7-10 days. Update: K.Smith After posting reviews here and on the FB business page she reached out to me and did provide a refund. Her reason for last minute cancellation was a family emergency. Do not use! I booked a beach session for Labor day weekend, as the date approched Kristina did not respond to my emails or texts. I saw on her buisness page she posted that she was on vacation for that weekend and would not respond to messages during that time.
