Bradhams have stopped using K&S to make their products due to bad workmansip and refusal to repair mistakes. Very.unhappy with workmanship (see pics) on french doors. One door scrapes the sill. Asked for fix for years but no response. Expensive but poor product and no customer service. Avoid. If they make a mistake they will blame you.

No hesitation in giving 5 stars to K and S windows. Work done to an excellent degree. Arrived promptly and completed professionally. Would recommend to anyone.
The job they completed was bad. Security screen was flimsy, the worker made a miscalculation and drilled holes in the tiles and not fixing. They are a dodgy business. Just ask around and people will tell you.
Replaced a lock and repaired a door at Home, quick and efficient service, Thanks Holly!
