Great Service – I recently set out to purchase my first suit as a young businessman in Bloomington. After calling around to several places in Indy to check on advertisements I had recently seen, and getting the runaround several times over, I finally decided to try a few places to see what I could find. We rented tuxes for our summer 2009 wedding from K and S Menswear in the College Mall. The store rents all of its tuxes from an offsite company and we were not overly impressed. At first, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful as we were deciding where to rent from. They told us to pick up the tuxes a few days before the wedding and if there were any fitting problems they would help us get them fixed (they told us this more than once). Don't buy at the only game in town! – We were in town to buy our college age son a suit. Instead, ended up buying one for our high school son who was going home with us the next day. We were hesitant to buy a suit out of town but were convinced the pants could be hemmed and ready by 1pm the next day. We showed up at 2:30 and the suit was not even in the store. The young lady behind the counter said she was "just leaving" to pick it up that it had been "taken out of the store by mistake." We were told it would be a half hour.... read more
