Driver was stopped in wrong lane. Instead of signaling and waiting for a chance to go in correct lane jump median and get in my lane. Luckily my truck has automatic braking and was able to stop in time. This dimwit is going to injure or kill someone trying to get on i35 like that. When I get a chance I will upload the video
