Has an online booking option that they don't pay attention to. That should have been my first clue, when I showed up for my appointment she left me sitting out there for 15 minutes while she talked about how great her Airbnb management company was to somebody on the phone. And even though I had thoughtfully discussed with her on the phone about what it was I needed she failed to mention that she wouldn't be able to start on it for at least 2 weeks cuz she had two very important projects that just couldn't wait that she could... read more
