Contracted for K&R Cuts on a new home purchase. Prior to purchase the property's lawn and shrubs had not been maintained. K&R's initial visit transformed the look of the yard, lawn mown and edged, shrubs trimmed, etc. Yard looked great. Competitive pricing for annual service and very responsive to queries. Good company.
Disappointing Experience with K&R IrrigationI recently moved into a new construction home where K&R installed the irrigation system. When my Rain Bird controller stopped working, I placed a warranty request through the builder. A technician from K&R came out to inspect the issue, which turned out to be a simple GFI reset.To my surprise, they charged me a $125 service call fee, claiming it wasn't a warranty issue. I worked for Kenny and he told everyone NOT to cut corners but got upset when you didn't cut corners. I busted my tail for this man and went above and beyond for his company. I was considered a supervisor/equipment operator and I was fired cause I wouldn't take pictures of a fellow employee using his phone. This was after a main supervisor seen the same individual using his phone. We are extremely pleased with this company! We have had sod put in 4 different times and K&R Cuts are the best! The supervisor was here the whole time and the crew went above and beyond with their work. Very polite and professional! Our yard is beautiful again!
