Great communication with keeping me informed of parts needed for my older Ford. Repairs made promptly, very fair price, was very pleased with the experience. I will return with additional needs for my vehicles
After a bad experience at a bigger service shop a kind person referred me to K and N for some problems with my '05 Buick Lacrosse. They got my vehicle in and out duing the service slot promised me, gave an honest diagnosis and the diagnosis/repair price was low- in fact I gave a tip because I understand the cost to run a self-employed business and felt the work was definitely worth more. My uncle was a mechanic, so I can be a critical customer. I was impressed with K and N - they exceeded my expectations !! Highly recommend!... read more
