This was my 3rd visit here and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. I usually get the same therapist (I believe her name is Ella) whose technique I really enjoy, but she was with another client so I was given a different therapist. The session started off on the wrong foot — she was already 10 minutes late, didn’t wash her hands, and was even texting during the massage (which felt unprofessional and unhygienic. Gross!!!). Great with working out the knots, love the hot stones. Ask you frequently about pressure used and very friendly.
What an amazing experience! It was my first time coming here, and I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in town. Cindy gave me a massage this morning and it felt incredible—so relaxing and exactly what I needed. They even offered complimentary water at the end, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend!
