On our way through town on a tour through California and had some issues with my mountain bike. The service manager Forrest assessed my issue and had my bike back to me before close of day. He was knowledgable and courteous. I was grateful to have him on the file. Would highly recommend this shop.
I had a bracket that completely broke off a carbon bike frame. One shop told me it wasn’t fixable. The tech at K man Paso took the challenge and got me back on the road for a very reasonable price. Can’t say enough for his effort and positive attitude. Definitely a customer for life
