Your taco bells suck
You never answer the damn phone
Imagine having an employee manage a Taco Bell location that has no knowledge of what they are doing. I have filed a complaint with this company and still have yet been contacted. This company doesn’t care about the very people who make them rich and it’s very sick. I went to the Springdale store on 412 west across from lowes and the manager refused to customize my order said he couldn't make fresh fries without the seasoning. Which I known they can as I used to work for kmac. I have had nothing but problems with this store since this new manger took over that location.
I don’t usually make posts like this, especially since I have a soft spot for the service industry…. But the “manager” at KFC on Thompson in Springdale has me LIVID this evening. After a memorial event for my nephew tonight, I drove through KFC to pick up a family meal. I ordered the family meal and 2 additional pieces of chicken. (Sidenote: 2 chicken legs is an additional $8 in this economy if you’re wondering ).
