The worst place to get your taxes done. Avoid the headache and go to H&R block. If you call for answers you get an "I don't know" what a horrible experience with this place. Still no taxes and we're in June.
If you want to do business with someone who does not return calls for over a month this this is your place. No call no letter no email no update whatsoever. Bad business will not recommend.
The best tax person around. She is so nice and explains things. Will be going back again next year!!
Kim "lost" 2 yrs of my tax returns. I also got audited because she added a 1,000 in casino losses, more than I won. Luckily IRS only made me pay 1,000 back, if not IRS told me to sue her and her insurance company. TERRIBLE Accounting. Shouldn't even hold a license.
