I was treated poorly by kelso, her staff is very polite but she screamed at me in multiple languages and caused me to hire an attorney to correct her errors.
Unfortunately, my experience with Kate has been disappointing. She has been completely unresponsive despite multiple attempts to contact her via phone, email, and other means. Her website and phone lines are down, and she has failed to provide me with my case files, which has significantly impacted my legal proceedings. I've had the misfortune of dealing with Kelso never returned my phone calls or emails and to this date Kelso and a family member have behaved very mysterious and secretive still missing $ 17,000. Would not recommend this establishment to settle Trust. UPDATE NOV. 2024: Avoid this law practice. I filed a Small Claims case against this attorney this year and won. Now in the process of collecting the judgement. However please understand that this attorney has two other Small Claims separate case against her by other parties that were filed after mine was this year.
