Shirley worked with me on many jobs, she does great work and was easy to work with. She is always busy and has many repeat customers. If she has refused to work on something she must have a good reason. Gail Reiter

Spoke with Shirley the phone about my couch needing an arm upholstered. She was really sweet until she realized that it was a job that "I don't want to do". Okay... Will you sign something for my insurance saying that it'stoo much work and you'd advise against it? That way I can get it replaced. No. Why not. "Because I don't want to". I wouldn't recommend K&K for anything. I have someone else taking care of it now. Thanks for nothing K & K Upholstery.

I had a piano bench I wanted to have reupholstered, so I called this business and the lady told me she had experience with piano benches from local music stores and would be able to fix it. When I drove across town to bring it in (about 20 minutes), she saw that the wooden piece needed to be trimmed about 1/2 inch and simply said "I don't want to do it." No apologies.
