The whole process has been nothing but a nightmare. It’s now July and IRS is saying can take up to 6 more months before I get my refund due to all the mistakes that were made. Such as: misspelling of name, wrong address, wrong filing status. This company is aware of their mistakes and never once tried to fix the problem for me. They have nothing but poor excuses.
K&K was referred to us several years ago. Never really trusted them completely but used them anyway. This year we needed direction and suggestions due to our taxes owed. Instead, they were rude, wouldn’t return my calls, and didn’t offer any professionalism as to correct our problem other than “pay”. Think twice before using this business.
