FRAUD ALERT!!! I called on March 3rd to find my payoff balance, I clearly explained that the payment for this month March has NOT been taken out yet. I was placed on hold when he came back he explained it wouldn't show up until the following day and actually be deducted from my account. On the 4th it shows payment made, loan paid in full. PLS is very good, and the Customer Service Representatives are very good as well! On the other hand, I do have a complaint for Corporate on behalf of PLS locations. That is, why aren't there any convenient locations in Waltham, Mass. ; Watertown, Mass. ; Cambridge, Mass. ; or even in Allston-Brighton(02134), Mass.? There should be a PLS location in Waltham, MA., because there are a whole bunch of people that need to cash their checks, and they have to travel to other farther locations in order to cash their checks or pay the... read more
