My husband and I have used their services for years. Last year due to the high volume of returns, they were unable to get to ours for over 3 weeks.....so we filed through an online service. This year we went back and used K Financial. Boy we wrong to do so. The quality of individuals preparing the returns has greatly declined. First the never asked for our prior year's return info, then neglected to inform us that since we didn't use them last year that they submitted our return to be mailed to us instead of direct deposit l... read more
