A lot of issues he don’t stand up for his clients, there was an issue with my home the garage had a shed, so there was supposed to be a DOB pass they closed on the home and held money in escrow until they got the pass, it went past the deadline 3 times this stupid lawyer kept making excuses for them til they provided a pass for the garage NOT THE SHED, and they released the money after some months, Save your self the headache and find another lawyer they’ll be helpful til you pay them off after, they’re useless!!
