I retained this dean to handle my child support and file my divorce and they never communicated a game plan or asked what I wanted or the next steps , it was just fill out these giant pdf's and send them back. even when I explicitly asked to meet and talk. I'm an abuse victim and this office has allowed my husband to drag out our divorce over three years forcing me to continue to interact with him and allowing him access to me to continue his abuse. We came to k dean for help with Immigration for my mother. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with her case that was started in 2007. Everything was done in a timely manner. My mother finally got her visa. Everyone helping on her can was super happy for her. It felt like they were part of the family. Thanks to them my mother and our family dont have to worry anymore.
