The driving part is the easy part it's the driving overnight that isn't easy I tried it for a week but it wasn't for me and all the dispatch could think bout is all I came here for was the sign bonus honestly I really don't believe people think that way. 1 star for the consistent running. Not much wasting time at shippers and receiving. 2nd star for good communication and professional conduct. 3rd star for consistent paychecks. Equipment is a high mile freightliner, that is kept up to the best of their ability. But it will break down. In my opinion, not a good truck to live in for 2+ months. I start my orientation tomorrow. Ready work work and earn! A lot of comments on here complaining about being ran hard or being made to stay on the road for 8 weeks. Im here for it and will probably do 12 weeks out in the truck before asking for 7 days off i stead of the 10 they offer. True OTR work isn't for everyone. More running = more money. I been with K&B for almost 4 years. Great company to work for. If you do what you are supposed to, you will not have any issues in this company. For the most part, their trucks and equipment are very well maintained. All in all, very satisfied how I been treated and would recommend this company.

Get about 1200 1300 a week after taxes. lower then I'm used to equipment is good had a couple 24 hour work and shipment yard days no sleep decent over all company
