Shannon is truly the best at what she does. My wife and I owed over 20K in taxes when we first got started with her. Through her expertise and knowledge and most importantly, her patience, by the grace of God, we are no longer in debt to the IRS and have gotten blessed to get returns for the first time in over 5 plus years. I filed my taxes with this company paid the high fees just to get my taxes sent back to me because something was not done right on there end they don’t make sure to keep up with your return or any errors that could have been done and when you call them they never respond so basically paid a 1000 dollars to someone for free for them not to even take Responsibility for my returns if anyone could be of help with this please let me know
