Called this shop multiple times as my sisters phone was stolen and pinged at this location. Called them about 15 times and no answer just kept ringing till it went to voicemail. It’s quite obvious reading another review this shop is in on helping pick pocketers unblock stolen phones. Highly disappointing.
I called 11 times yesterday leaving multiple voicemails trying to report that my daughter’s stolen iPhone was tracked to this location. On one occasion the phone was answered but the person didn’t speak and hung up. I have texted twice and with no reply in 24 hrs I will leave you to draw your own conclusions about the lack of reply !
