Amy is very knowledgeable, very friendly, very bubbly, very helpful. I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. I love this store. I just bought a reclining loveseat from here and they were so accommodating. I'll be back here every week LOL

I had such a great experience at JYSK thanks to Shanti and Amy! They were both incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful while I was trying to find the perfect couches. They made the whole process so much easier and actually enjoyable. Shanti especially went above and beyond — she even helped load a very heavy couch for me last week, which I truly appreciated. Great store with some nice deals! only thing we would say could use a bit of improvement is the aisle space - it was a bit tough to get around with a stroller
