I purchased a mattress cover that would not work for what I wanted and they exchanged it without any hassle. They were very helpful. I will shop there again.
The staff were nice enough but the product I bought is less than stellar. If you're going to sell a lamp to people it's probably a good idea to make it compatible with a commonly sourced light bulb and not some endangered species of bulb that exists only in legends unearthed in ancient tomes. There was no mention of this sorcery anywhere on the packaging and no manual or one-sheet was provided. They have door mates at the very front of the store by the cash registers that are falling apart. There was 2 matts that were ripped and had cuts all in them I was going to buy one and then saw how they were falling apart. Cheap material. Employees seemed to be rushing around the store and couldn't be bothered to help me locate items.
I jyst bought a couch from them and I love the customers service from the staff at the Elgin mall store. Deejay i(hope i spelt.his name right) is awsome and always has been very helpful and friendly. Also Levi is awsome too although he is not there any more. I enjoy just stopping by just to say hello to the staff. Thanks for you everything you do. Helen
