We bought a set of patio furniture, chairs, and decor. Laranzo assisted us in choosing a set, completing the purchase, and helping load our items. As we purchased so many items, we needed to make two trips back and forth from the store. Laranzo helped us every step of the way to make it as smooth as possible.
When ask for help they were quick and efficient
After several attempts to get help over the phone with replacement pieces for my daughter’s bed, unfortunately with no callbacks or answers, I decided to visit the JYSK Sherwood Park location in person. Harold and Lucas completely turned the experience around. They went above and beyond to help, found the pieces I needed, and made sure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service from both of them and definitely deserving of recognition. Thank you, Harold and Lucas!
This place is not accessible to anyone in a wheelchair or using a walker. Got stuck in an aisle immediately. They care more about cramming as much as possible into the store than about the customers that need devices in order to get around. After getting stuck I looked around and realized that none of the store would accommodate me. They may as well remove the handicapped parking spots. This place is only for handicapable people.
We had great time shopping there . Lucas Moger had such a great customer service. He helped us figure out with the invoice for the new business set up this is a good place to get a deal.
