I had an absolutely wonderful experience at JYSK Sarnia on June 20, 2026 thanks to Joe and Cody! They took the time to help me find a perfect match for my patio set. I walked in 30 minutes before closing time which I was already feeling anxious about, not wanting to keep anyone back. Joe and Cody did not mind at all. They helped me colour match and find the exact sized table I was looking for. I purchased a patio umbrella and some planters. The staff was more than helpful in getting me one from the back room as my color choice was not out on the floor. They took care of me. We’re very fast.
Joe was so wonderful with my husband and I - he was thorough and patient from beginning to end! He went the extra mile to help us out including moving a rocking chair across the store in order to visualise the layout of outdoor furniture for our deck. He was also very helpful when picking out decor that matched our aesthetic. Thank you again Joe!
Joe at JYSK Sarnia was 10/10 for helping my wife and I put together our patio set selection. Super helpful and really patient with us, retrieving items across the store for us and rearranging things without complaint. We felt great about what we picked with his help, absolutely thrilled!
