We purchased a table and chair set today. Paula helped us and really was great ! Customer service was excellent
The absolute worst online interface and impossible to get anyone of competence on the phone. Can't edit the cart, can't change the shipping location. And the 888 number? hung up on, disconnected, then put on hold. Low prices for sure, but if they can't make a sale, whats the use? IKEA this IS NOT
