Super fantastic customer service in buying a cute patio set from Nicole on March 28, 2025. We are the local Pitt Meadows folks that gave you a ride one day when the shuttle bus was late. Bravo to you and sorry to see the store closing as it was a landmark for years with good staff and awesome items. Thank you so much, you rock Nicole!
My 5 stars goes to exceptional service by Hasitha in the back. I purchased a component that needed to be taken apart to fit in my vehicle. He already had it taken apart when I reached the back delivery area and had cardboard to protect the inside of my car. He showed me how to put it together and when we thought we lost a small piece, he replaced it instead of just sending me on my way and hoping I would find it later. Great job and thank you
