1 star because customer service is a nightmare. You can’t reach the store directly. The call is directed to a call center in which often you receive a message that “no English reps are available” and redirects you to leave a voicemail. It shouldn’t be this hard to contact a company about an order placed online. Edit - spoke to manager … she is the only saving grace when it comes to a customer experience. Thank you for your understanding !
