This happened several months ago but I forgot to post. The service was so amazing that I needed to write this anyway. Lexi and Katyna helped me with buying a wardrobe, and they went above and beyond to assist me. They were short staffed and overcame technical issues to help me when I needed ot the most. They were kind and helpful even in a difficult situation. I really appreciate the service and the employees at this store!
Visited JYSK for a quick find and I must say I really enjoyed my experience. The space is quite large and very well organized. Everything in the store was neatly displayed making it easy to explore. The staff was friendly, Randall who is the store manager was super helpful he had such a warm and friendly demeanour providing such lovely customer service. He made my shopping experience a 10/10. I appreciate all of the staff that gave me a helping hand at this Ottawa location, great prices and great customer service.
