For s furniture store to drop off a new mattress unwrapped or covered,,(floor model) and leave it on the stairs or front porch and not take away the old one is unheard of. not to mention they just about delivered the wrong one but l caught it over the phone when they called.. spring mattresses do'nt roll up and fit into a16 in box.. l was going to buy a couch and a bed frame but the delivery service and policies suck they dont deliver .. just drop off and run! .. no decent furniture place would do that. I have been favorably impressed by the Argyle JYSK store. It is always very clean and well organized. It is surprising how much inventory and home decor ideas are creatively displayed in a relatively small store. I like Scandinavian design concepts but I find the over-sized Ikea stores a bit intimidating, crowded and for me, as a senior, it means an unsatisfying experience!
