We came out of our way to this location to purchase 8 chairs that another location wasn’t able to provide an actual estimated date of arrival for after following up numerous times. The customer service was incredible with transferring over the purchase from another location to the Laval location and really seemed to have all the employees involved with helping us out from Gabriella, Vincent and another store manager (sorry forgot her name). Will definitely be back if ever in the area again!
I am moving at the end of June and Julie gave me amazing service she smiled the whole time did not rush gave me great advice. Going to go back to this store for sure.
