Don’t trust their website. Went to purchase a bookcase after checking their website, said it was in stock, it wasn’t. Asked if I could purchase their floor model, they said no (even though the floor model had a sticker saying I could). I asked when would they expect another shipment of the bookcase, they said they didn’t know, maybe end of April. Closest Jysk that has them in stock is 3 away

Fantastic customer service. Marie S was amazing. She focussed on my needs, always checked back with me, and made the purchase quite easy. She went well beyond what she needed to do and she did it with a smile on her face and was always pleasant. Great customer service.
I had a young employee named Carter was super helpful very knowledgeable of products in the store. He was very polite friendly even with other staff that were having issues with their till he knew the issue was able to get her going again to get the small line up through. Because of this great customer service I will for sure be back. Thank you Carter for helping with all my enquiries.
