Excellent customer service with Issam and Hannah! We bought a love seat, 3 cushions, and 2 laundry baskets. They walked us around and gave us detailed information, helping us pick colours for the cushions, called a different store to source a bench. Issam even helped us load it into our minivan. We would recommend to others and shop here again!!
Apparently the planters under the $9.99 sign were $19.99 possibly more. This is very deceptive as this is what you see walking in from the entrance. The correct sign was Apparently on the opposite side yet there were only two types of baskets leading you to believe these prices were accurate. Yet another store that you need to pay close attention to what you're being charged.
Shay was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in until the second we left. She was so welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. She made everything feel easy and comfortable, answered every single one of our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of throughout our time here!
