I came to the Duncan Jysk store for a few things. Jackie helped me organize the purchase of a table and four chairs. She also helped me in the bedding department, as I was looking to buy a duvet and a duvet cover. She recommended the 100% cotton duvet, which is really more like a quilt, since you can use it on either side without need for a duvet cover. I am glad she steered me toward the all cotton duvet. Extremely disappointed with our experience at the Duncan Jysk location. After a frustrating refund process, we called ahead and received approval from a manager to bring back our couch before the store’s 7:00 PM closing time. We had our receipt and followed the instructions we were given. We drove down!island, all the way from parksville specifically to complete the return as Duncan was the location we purchased from originally.
