I was surprised by the number of folks siting on both the outdoor sets and the indoor chairs and couches in Duncan, BC. Surprisingly a man pulled out his back pipe and set it on his lap under his denim cowboy hat. He was in a hanging egg chair. His friend was seated beside him and our cashier Caitlin spoke to him about McDonald’s in a joking way. I was searching for specific chairs and Duncan only had 1. Jackie was able to locate one for me at another store and I was able to pay for it and have my dad pick it up for me. Her effort was greatly appreciated!!!

I came to the Duncan Jysk store for a few things. Jackie helped me organize the purchase of a table and four chairs. She also helped me in the bedding department, as I was looking to buy a duvet and a duvet cover. She recommended the 100% cotton duvet, which is really more like a quilt, since you can use it on either side without need for a duvet cover. I am glad she steered me toward the all cotton duvet. Thanj you to Kyle, who was so extra helpful! He carried the mirror we bought to the truck in the rain and held it for us until we organized everything to bring it in. He was kind and good humored and super great!
