Went here today and was politely greeted upon entering and asked if they could help me find anything. The young man directed me to Rebecca and she helped with everything I was looking for and we even shared some laughs. I am so pleased with the service from Rebecca and the young man that was there today.
I had a great customer service experience here the other day. JYSK is lucky to have a employee named Carrie. She was busy, but said hi and welcomed me to the store immediately. Very pleasant and asked if anything she could help with. I originally said I was ok. I broke down and asked the location of something. She was very pleasant and took the time to walk me over. She was just very friendly and no pressure. Just a good experience.
I've always had a great experience shopping at JYSK in Campbell River, and that’s largely thanks to Keyton. He's consistently positive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Every time my wife and I visit, he goes out of his way to assist us in finding exactly what we need. His professionalism and expertise truly stand out. Huge thanks to Keyton for making each visit smooth and enjoyable.
