Very satisfied with Brad’s service today; good listener, conversational presentation, addressed any concerns, offered good suggestions.
Purchased 4 dining chairs that were listed for $79.00 on the floor. 1. When the item was scanned, it came up as $99 but they honored the $79 price on every chair 2. I actually asked for the wrong color and didn't realize until we got them home - when I called and explained the situation they were so accommodating and made the entire process a breeze. Everyone was super helpful, friendly and I was so pleased with our service today.
I was shopping at the store in Campbell river both Brad the manager and Carrie were amazing to deal with, awesome customer service. Would absolutely go back and will pass on the good service review to everyone I know!!
Had the best experience being assisted by Carrie while buying curtains, she was so kind, helpful and just super lovely!
